Excellent value for the price. I have definitely paid more and gotten much less. I never felt unsafe at any point. The bed was very comfortable. The room I stayed in was a full suite, which included a large closet, fridge, microwave, iron/ironing board, love seat, coffee table, small in-room coffee maker, full size Jacuzzi, and two TVs (one by the bed and one by the Jacuzzi, and one remote controlled both TVs. The bathroom was very clean and was in a large L-shape including an overhead shower. The room overall was very clean, neat, and orderly. This was easily one of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was excellent. It included coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, apple juice, and water for beverages. Foods included biscuits/gravy, eggs, sausage, waffle maker, bagels, some fresh fruit, and some cereal. The ONLY complaint I have is that the breakfast is only open from 6-9 am. I had to scramble each morning to get there before 9. The breakfast should be open until 10 at the earliest. Overall this hotel is amazing for the price. Would stay here every time I'm in western PA. 10/10
Stayed two nights while visiting relatives. Room and staff were great. Very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was that the bed was very hard. Their Breakfast was very good. Would probably stay there again but as a second choice.
Room was large, clean, and smelled amazing. TV was big and had a lot of channels. Shower was amazing. The front desk still accommodated me and my service dog even when they didn't have room on the first floor. Would definitely stay here again.
Stayed there for a wedding in the area. Was nice enough room, but what I really appreciated was the friendly accommodating staff.
I just wanted to say that the front desk lady Hurria was so helpful, pleasant, kind and went above and beyond to help me and my wife upon check in. I wish there were more ladies like her working for the Comfort Suites. She made sure everything about our situation was less stressful and easy going and so easy to handle. I will forever be grateful for Hurria’s professionalism,yet concerns about our issues. The Choice Hotels App made a mistake not the hotel itself. Hurria saved the day. She will always be a hero in our eyes. Thank you so much for everything
Great hotel! Loved our shower in the king bed suite Bed was comfortable and staff was wonderful Loved my experience here Wasn’t a fan of the occupancy tax they charge you after you’ve paid through Expedia Oh the wifi didn’t work but thankfully we had hotspot included in our cellular plan
Staff: I had minimal interaction with staff (on my part), but the staff was friendly. Cleanliness: I didn't see any stains. Our Room and building look clean. Room: Nice design, especially the bathroom. It's one of the best hotel bathroom designs I've seen, and the bed was comfortable. it didn't hurt my back. Breakfast: large selection, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal, 2 types of waffles, etc...
Very clean budget friendly hotel. I’ve stayed twice with no issues. Comfortable bedding and beds- quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
